This is the site for getting all your information for our riding group for the upcoming year as we train for another MS Bike Ride. We will try to ride some as a group on Saturdays during the winter. Of course that will depend on what the weather is like. You are pretty much on your own during the week until the spring. So do what you need to do to stay in shape.

Focus on Safety
Safety will be a big issue this year as we train for the MS Bike Ride. The ride is a huge fundraiser for the MS Society but it is also a dangerous event. Look for more info on safety here in the future. One thing to be aware of is that police departments all over the city are cracking down on cyclists not following the law. Not stopping at a stop sign seems to be a high priority with them. Remember you have to follow the same laws as any motor vehicle.
